No, parents and caregivers do not require a separate ticket. We allow up to two caregivers to accompany each registered child for free.

We understand that plans can change rapidly, especially for neurodivergent kids. You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 2 hours before the start time with a full refund.

Absolutely. Certified behavioral therapists, occupational therapists, and registered support workers are welcome to attend with the child free of charge. This does not count against your caregiver limit.
